当前世界正经历地缘冲突与技术革命的双重激荡，全球格局加速演变但不确定性依然突出。以人工智能为代表的新一轮技术革命正深刻改变生产方式与国家竞争格局。气候变化、能源转型与人口老龄化等长期议题交织叠加，进一步增加了全球发展的复杂性。在此背景下，地缘裂变下的全球秩序将如何重构？人工智能的治理规则该如何书写？贸易韧性、能源安全与劳动力市场能否找到新的平衡？全球经济将面临怎样的未来？

第八届“外滩年会”将于2026年10月19-22日在上海召开。年会由中国金融四十人论坛（CF40）与清华大学（THU）联合主办，广邀全球财经政要、机构高管与学界领袖齐聚外滩，通过高水平的思想碰撞与观点交锋，分享真知灼见，以对话推动共识，以共识推动合作，携手共建开放型世界经济。

外滩年会坚持“国际化”、“专业化”定位，聚焦经济、金融、科技等领域重点议题，为上海建成具有全球重要影响力的国际金融中心，为中国作为建设性力量推动全球治理体系改革，贡献智慧与力量。

The world today is buffeted by the twin forces of geopolitical conflict and technological revolution, with the global landscape shifting rapidly amid persistent uncertainty. This new wave of transformation, led by AI, is profoundly reshaping modes of production and the dynamics of national competition. Long-term challenges such as climate change, the energy transition, and population aging are converging and compounding, adding further complexity to global development. Against this backdrop, how will the global order be restructured in the wake of geopolitical fragmentation? What rules should govern AI? Can trade resilience, energy security, and labor markets find a new equilibrium? What future awaits the global economy?

As an annual convening of leading minds from around the world, the Bund Summit seeks to explore trends, generate dialogues, build consensus, and foster partnerships towards a more resilient and sustainable future. This year, the discussions will cover key issues such as global economy, international finance, geopolitical shifts, and technological innovation.
